simon_vienna
Heart skipped a beat as I got the email, but it's only the announcement for the trading halt. The suspense, its killing me!!! https://www.clinuvel.com/investors-area/new...ls-trading-halt
johnnytech
I don't like trading halts for announcements personally, but possibly this will spike the stock even higher on opening, open up into the "oh shit" zone of the shorters, and cause then to panic. An aggressive 40% spike would put us right at the all time high in July.
Johnny H
Just logged on to E*trade. CLVLY is blanked out. There is no official announcement yet, but it looks like they're going to close the books.
KRD
The FDA announcement should be issued anytime after 4pm (and no later than 6pm) EST in the US. That's 3 hours before trading opens on the ASX. Clinuvel already has 2 announcements written and ready to go. Just comes down to which announcement goes out. Any delay in trading, if any, should be very minimal. Either way it will likely be a record in shares traded tomorrow.
Clinhope
Youâââہ¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¬ÃƒÆ’¢Ã¢Ã¢â€š¬Ã…¾Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¢re sure itâââہ¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¬ÃƒÆ’¢Ã¢Ã¢â€š¬Ã…¾Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¢ll be announced after 4pm EST? I can go to bed now, have a sleepless night and âââہ¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¬ÃƒÆ’…âہ“wake upâââہ¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¬ÃƒÆ’‚ at 6:00am here in Aus?
NewToCli
I guess all the sell limits will be wiped out the books with this halt? At least in ur9 it says that the order has been rejected now (I had a sell limit in there for weeks)
johnnytech
Whoa, I didn't know this. All sell orders on the books get wiped out?! Well, I support Clinuvel's use of trading halts now. Seems like a quality safety mechanism built in for the company to trigger.

Dr Wally
Anything could happen over the next week or so couldnâââہ¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¬ÃƒÆ’¢Ã¢Ã¢â€š¬Ã…¾Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¢t it? Post FDA approval there are no more brain numbing, time wasting idiotic delays or confusion or silence or ambiguity or ignorance. Clinuvels pipeline will come to fruition in the coming years at light speed compared to the tortuous glacial speed it took Clinuvel to gain FDAs acceptance. Approval bump 2- 5- 15- 30% ?? on approval with realisation over the coming days that the road ahead has been cleared of ALL risk; shorters bailing out as they realise that âââہ¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¬ÃƒÆ’…âہ“the only way is up baby!âââہ¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¬ÃƒÆ’‚ providing even further SP upage. Where will this all end! ðŸÃ‹Ã…“¬ Millions of shares shorted! These guys need the SP to go down, but with approval and communication from Clinuvel over the coming weeks/months providing a thorough understanding and much excitement of whatâââہ¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¬ÃƒÆ’¢Ã¢Ã¢â€š¬Ã…¾Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¢s to come the SP wonâââہ¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¬ÃƒÆ’¢Ã¢Ã¢â€š¬Ã…¾Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¢t be doing that will it. ðŸÃ‹Ã…“Ž When will these poor shorties get another break? Vyleesi approval dictates that they wonâââہ¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¬ÃƒÆ’¢Ã¢Ã¢â€š¬Ã…¾Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¢t! ðŸÃ‚¥Ã‚³
IntiRaymi
Iâââہ¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¬ÃƒÆ’¢Ã¢Ã¢â€š¬Ã…¾Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¢m sweating like a pregnant nun
