WFE might make the next rewrite of:

Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds

By (author) Charles Mackay

First published in 1841, Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds is often cited as the best book ever written about market psychology. This Harriman House edition includes Charles Mackay's account of the three infamous financial manias - John Law's Mississipi Scheme, the South Sea Bubble, and Tulipomania. Between the three of them, these historic episodes confirm that greed and fear have always been the driving forces of financial markets, and, furthermore, that being sensible and clever is no defence against the mesmeric allure of a popular craze with the wind behind it. In writing the history of the great financial manias, Charles Mackay proved himself a master chronicler of social as well as financial history. Blessed with a cast of characters that covered all the vices, gifted a passage of events which was inevitably heading for disaster, and with the benefit of hindsight, he produced a record that is at once a riveting thriller and absorbing historical document. A century and a half later, it is as vibrant and lurid as the day it was written. For modern-day investors, still reeling from the dotcom crash, the moral of the popular manias scarcely needs spelling out.

When the next stock market bubble comes along, as it surely will, you are advised to recall the plight of some of the unfortunates on these pages, and avoid getting dragged under the wheels of the careering bandwagon yourself.

Of course.

https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/caution-pl...7/#.Wrmyc4huZhE

A quiet caution please.

We have been advised that there are "paid to post" posters on the WFE threads.

I have sited no proof, and we don't know by whom, if at all, so this is purely a heads up that if you do fall into that category, don't proceed past this point please.

Data received will go to ASIC for their investigations. ASIC do have access to our database, FYI.

Did I see yet another Placement @ $0.005/per share to the Airguide/Super Ninja :devilsmiley: Unbelievable!!

Took HC a while to work this out - "We have been advised that there are "paid to post" posters on the WFE threads" - . but then they are not the sharpest tools in the shed.

I posted this video on another thread the other day - worth viewing - Anton Kreil's video @ 1:49:57 - pause and press the slide into full screen to be able to read the whole slide - here are - just a couple of the dot points - see video for the rest.

Online Forums/Information vendors

Don't be fooled into thinking that forums are there for your benefit and that they are a resource for INDEPENDENT thought and opinion

May Brokers also pay them to do email campaigns to their users

The Brokers are their paymasters and the management that run the forums are quite literally the brokers bitch

And, of course, the role of the "ranked forum members". On HC they are known as "hearts," those that have hundreds of (sheep) followers who are sucked into their every ramp.

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcgaoWXUKFl-P3rdNXCuWjg

Looks like the ramp team are dumping - days range 0.017-0.024 - done for now, T+2 for the day traders also, but like Arnie - they'll be back to back up the truck

JSB - do you have broker data available for WFE? Would appreciate a look if you have - TIA

BTW - re HC's "Freedom of Speech" - why do they put restrictions on posters, who offer a different/valid POV to cheerleaders? Freedom of speech is not - you can speak but ONLY once a day

This stock is unbelievable. There is absolutely no precedent to increase the scope of the raise a week later at such a deep discount (and where Langford is allowed to stipulate conditions of the raise). No doubt, the sheep will wave it through regardless.

For me, it has shades of crypto, where there is no underlying claim to a real asset ($100k tenement aside) and the price is determined largely by manufactured demand through paid advertising. For HC to claim ignorance up until after a 30% retrace from the high is absurd ÃÆâ€â„¢ÃƒÆ’ƒâہ¡ÃƒÆ’‚¢ÃƒÆ’¢Ã¢Ã¢Ã¢Ã¢â€š¬Ã…¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¬ÃƒÆ’…¡Ãƒâہ¡ÃƒÆ’‚¬ÃƒÆ’¢Ã¢Ã¢Ã¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚¬Ãƒâ€¦Ã‚¡ÃƒÆ’‚¬Ãƒâ€Â¦ÃƒÆ’¢Ã¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚¬Ãƒâ€¦Ã¢â‚¬Å“ one look at that forum over the last week and red flags were everywhere. They are complicit.

Unfortunately the latest is the 22nd due to T+2, IÃÆâ€â„¢ÃƒÆ’ƒâہ¡ÃƒÆ’‚¢ÃƒÆ’¢Ã¢Ã¢Ã¢Ã¢â€š¬Ã…¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¬ÃƒÆ’…¡Ãƒâہ¡ÃƒÆ’‚¬ÃƒÆ’¢Ã¢Ã¢Ã¢Ã¢â€š¬Ã…¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¬ÃƒÆ’…¾Ãƒâہ¡ÃƒÆ’‚¢ll have a look again after Easter.

Am I missing an announcement?

Just read John Boardman's tweet below. Boardman is connected to 1620 Capital - 1620capital.com.au According to this article Brewer is also -

"Cobalt Blue is an Isle of Man vehicle created by the interests of 1620 Capital Pty Ltd of Perth and Exchange Minerals. Jason Brewer, a key principal of 1620, has been known to one of our NEDs for some years and I believe I have come across him. John Boardman we know less well. The key principal of Exchange Minerals, who introduced the transaction, I have known for perhaps seven years and I have a high regard for his experience and reliability. http://www.valuethemarkets.com/index.php/2...rc-project-rrr/

Boardman's tweet kind of gives the impression WFE has acquired a cobalt "licence" which is close to "cobalt production - the tweet is dated March 26 (yesterday)

John Boardman @Boardo65

Today's ASX announcement says..........

The Conditional Placement will proceed if shareholder approval is obtained and if the

the capability to be advanced rapidly towards production, and on terms agreeable to both

Recent investors in $WFE, under a 12 month lockup in the current cap raise. We are here, as we have been with $AVZ & others for the end game. No new shares liquidated on market.

The 3B filed in respect to the placement not only makes no mention of any issued, escrowed stock, but separates out the exact FPO quantity subject to escrow agreements. (Un)Surprisingly, quantity and escrow period do not reconcile with Michael's statement.

https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20180323/pdf/...ph0rw9fvyn6.pdf

Jason Brewer also Tweets his astonishment that the Ahmads hadn't sold a single share post raise announcement. If the shares were indeed subject to a lockup, I would find it highly unlikely this wouldn't be disclosed as part of the placement information announced to market, or that the MD would seem so proud of the lack selling on what is supposedly restricted stock.

https://twitter.com/JBrewerMining/status/977082726581985280

The forms also indicate that neither of these two major $WFE shareholders sold a single share over the past week and this is despite the tremendous volume of shares traded. A huge sign of support.
