Not sure if this is the same company but there is a Exchange Minerals that is the private company of Mick Shemesian. He has had ties Tony Sage/CFE, Perth Glory (as does JB) and a string of ASX listed companies - he's a large s/h of ARV. Extract from 'Mick Many Names' casts many spells

 

His Exchange Minerals Limited is either incorporated in the United Arab Emirates - if a recent prospectus for the ASX-listed East Coast Minerals is to go by - or the Channel Islands - according to Britain's Companies House.

 

Deals typically follow the same mode of operation: Shemesian, or one of his associated ventures, vends one of his mining projects into a listed vehicle in return for cash and a swag of shares and options. He'll offer the acquiring company his ongoing services as a corporate adviser and then there's the royalty rights he often secures.

This Cobalt Blue is registered in the Isle of Man (a tax haven) and is a private company This Cobalt Blue was created by the company in which Jason Brewer is said to be "a key player" and another private company listed in either Dubai or also Isle of Man - i.e. Exchange Minerals. Exchange Minerals is Mick's private company.

Wouldn't get a foot in the door for a first meeting - don't know of too many mandates that support paying ridiculous overs for a shell.

As per Cleansing Statement published after Fridays' market close, 425,256,922 fully paid ordinary shares have been added @ $0.005 per share. Shares were part of the recent placement to SOF's. Two of the lucky SOF's, sitting on multi-bags, are Bilal Ahmad and Sufian Ahmad (must be related - apart from having same surname, they also live next door to each other - 13 & 15 Garners Way, Burns Beach, WA. Sufian's name also appears alongside Sixty Two Capital on various anns)

 

Total number of shares now 2,406,284,609, with 16,666,667 Escrowed until 22 July 2018.

 

SP is up another 37.5% @ 2.2c/share for a stock that recently purchased some "prospective" cobalt assets in Canada that cost $100k, is looking at other acquisitions in DRC and hired an advisor - SuperNinja - and the stock is being pumped on social media/HC like nobodies business.
