Looks like the crossover could happen tommoorow, OBV was up a bit today.

Did not know BTX was a neighbor they seem to be running quite strongly. Do you think they are interested in a t/o?

LYC report says that financing and offtake will occur in the 1st quarter of 2006

Ridgey,

Funding is explained in the AGM presentation from late last year. Upstream Capex is A$65mill, less A$7.5mill from current cash holdings leaving A$58 mill to find. They are planning a AIM listing to help raise the equity portion of this, they haven't stated the debt/equity mix for the funding. Hopefully the share price will rise considerably which means they need to issue less shares. Dont want too much dilution. Cheers John.

June 2003 we had a golden cross of the 30 day and 200 day MA, and the stock went from below 15c to 60c over time.

If it does start to trend up soon it could possibly start a new uptrend. Off course, this would be due to something happening.

They do say some significant events could occur in the first quarter of 2006. Lets keep our fingers crossed http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/lmaosmiley.gif

Also, something of interest,

Curtis resigned as Chairman of SGX in November 2005, maybe to put more effort in negotiating off-take contracts for LYC?

Thanks for that. The funding seemed a bit nebulous...no firm offers and any AIM listing would have a dilutionary effect...thats what worries me. I can see it retreating below 10c if not handled carefully...another VPE and wasn't I duped on that one!!

When's the AIM listing, AIM could make it run I reckon. AIM = funding.

An offtake agreement announced soon could do the same trick.
