And no wonder SFR are circling. Some of the recent drill results are spectacular.

BR36-18 returned

72m @ 18.3% Zn

10.7% Pb

211gt Ag

2.5gt Au

2.5% Cu

25% BaSO4

Its shaping as a monster polymetallic deposit. Degrussa like.

I don't think SFR have enough cash for a bid though.

$190 million wont cut it.

Maybe a cash/scrip combo. Or 1:1 scrip bid haha.

A bit of speculation in today's AFR

Paragon: Adriatic Metals will probably get taken over

Vesna Poljak

Hedge fund Paragon has opined in its monthly update about a long position, Adriatic Metals, and why it thinks it will get taken over by logical acquirer Sandfire Resources.

Despite the stock breaking all-time highs (currently trading at $1.35 a share), in our view, there remains considerable upside in Adriatic." Paragon concludes Adriaticâââہ¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¬ÃƒÆ’¢Ã¢Ã¢â€š¬Ã…¾Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¢s net present value is $3.60 a share, "un-risked", based on current delineated resources. Assuming first production and cashflows, NPV rises to more than $5 a share.
