maiden
It certainly had the WOW factor.Do you think they have had the general shareholders in mind or just looking after themselves??You can understand why Kilroy left, probably smelt a rat!!
bam_bamm
hi livas. I too have printed off the judgement, but have not had a chance to read it thoroughly. just skimmed a few pages as they were spat out of the printer. Would appreciate hearing your thoughts if you are prepared to share them. Hoping to get a chance to read it in full in a couple of days.
new_kid
Hi, The good thing about the whole saga is that no one has criticised the product - bioeffectives. Even Denis Kilroy has stated that it is an excellent product. Most of the litigation is related to money received from OPES fiasco!!
jezzabot
Most of it is about how they were manipulating the share price to their own ends. As sad as it all is, at least I got a chuckle at how cleaning lady made them scared

Sparkplug
Hello everybody, I found that they have a new presentation and it seems that they want to launch a few new products until the end of this year. See here: Presentation: "Tomsk wild plants - new quality of growth, problems and solutionsÃÆâ€â„¢ÃƒÆ’ƒÂ¢Ãƒ¢Ã¢Ã¢â€š¬Ã…¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¬ÃƒÆ’…¡ÃƒÆ’â€Å¡Ãƒƒâہ¡ÃƒÆ’‚» Softwood wild - new projects of industrial processing and use of LLC "Sibeks" http://translate.google.de/translate?hl=de...%2F%3Fq%3Dsibex http://www.myshared.ru/search/?q=sibex
Livas1
Thanks Sparkplug I couldnt seem to get an English translation of the actual presentation, but the speaker notes down the bottom seems to imply (on slide 6) that the company is producing 300kg of polyprenols a month?! Somehow I doubt that. Either way, this presentation was made in April and at least it implies that its all systems go. As I have said before, I would rather the company not raise equity at this point in time but stay suspended for a little while longer if profitability is close (costs surely have been cut to the absolute minimum). Tinkerbell
Bio-effective A could become a major player in all of this - if they can make enough of the stuff. http://www.abc.net.au/news/2013-07-24/infe...ug-risk/4841740
