Covid-19 legislation should be consistent with the Bill of Rights.


The High Court at Wellington last month considered if the Covid-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Order infringed on the right to be free from discrimination under the Bill of Rights Act.


After a judicial review, the High Court decided that it did not.

new strain of Hendra virus, which is found in flying foxes, has been found in NSW.


The CSIRO said the latest case was found in a horse in Newcastle. There was a Hendra outbreak in 2014 which led to more than 80 horses dying or being euthanised in Australia.



“Owners and any people who interact with horses can reduce the risk of infection from Hendra virus and other zoonotic viruses through vaccination of horses or humans where available, wearing appropriate PPE, and seeking veterinary attention for sick horses,” he said.





kinda remember it nearly killed the racing biz back then. i guess they will better control of this after covid-19 saga.

really hate bats-------the flying rats.

A female officer with Victoria Police, who served for 16 years, has resigned in protest against the use of police to enforce Covid-19 rules, saying in an interview that a "great majority" of her colleagues shared her sentiments.

I can’t remedy in my soul any more the way in which my organization, that I love to work for, is being used and the damage that it’s causing in the reputation of Victoria Police and .. to the community.

There is a name for a crime against women when actions are committed against their bodies against their will. There is also the question of whose body is it when it comes to the issue of abortion. But it is perfectly ok for a government to force people to have experimental drug therapies injected into their veins.
