all the above; grist to the mill stuff, for small companies.... keep shuffling. And rather schizophrenic, by the looks of a movable feast of projects and aspirations.

On 01 June, 2021, Force Commodities Limited (4CE) changed its name and ASX code to Critical Resources Limited (CRR).

As an exploration company holding a portfolio of quality tenements located in Australia, DRC and Malawi, CRR has been focused on Kitotolo Lithium Project, Kanuka Lithium Production Project, Tshimpala Project and Kitotolo Lithium Project.

Oct 2021 : Critical Resources acquired a 100% interest in the Mavis Lake Lithium Project (Ontario, Canada) from Essential Metals Limited (ESS) and International Lithium Corporation (TSXV: ILC). Consideration for the acquisition is $3 million, of which $1.5 million is cash and the other $1.5 million is through the issue of 68,000,000 shares in Critical Resources at an issue price of 2.2c per share.

but then, a recent statement: ABOUT CRITICAL RESOURCES LIMITED:

Critical Resources is a base metals exploration and development focused company headquartered in Perth, Western Australia and is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX:CRR).  The Company has recently been undergoing a structured process of change at the Director and Executive level. These changes mark the commencement of a renewed focus by the Company on providing shareholder value through the exploration, development and advancement of long held NSW assets and also of its Copper assets in Oman.

Today, up 17% to 7.2c. Has not been to that level since the newest incarnation.

CRR is conducting its drill program at its 100% owned Gibsons prospect, part of the Halls Peak project near Armidale in New South Wales. Assays confirm the first drill hole of the planned 2,500m program of diamond drilling at Gibsons has intersected multiple lodes of massive sulphide mineralisation with extremely high grades of Zinc, Lead, Copper, Silver and Gold.

Critical Resources Managing Director Alex Biggs said: Exceptional results such as these prove to us that the Halls Peak project is a heavily mineralised system that warrants significant exploration. We are delighted with the first round of results from drilling at Gibsons and are excited to continue our work program across the entire Halls Peak project......
