Acquisition that is complementary. ... they've got the fabrication and now some commercial possibilities.

Also, looking to list on "major exchange" by 2020. But I've got a caution with MEMS technology, as it is a long way from bright ideas to scaling up and acceptance by the end users.

Sensera - SE1 - is positioning itself to become a dominant player in the rapidly growing global market of IOT by becoming one of only a few End to End total solution providers in the wireless network sensors market which is forecasted to grow (from US$36 billion last year to US$93 billion by 2021.)

- has secured eight customers for our microfabrication services including two significant Nasdaq-listed entities. Sensera has been completing design, development, prototyping services (non-recurring engineering) and is on target to transition these two major microfabrication clients to recurring manufacturing contracts in Q4 CY17.

- Ann. of 04 Sept;

has expanded its capabilities at its Massachusetts facility to include assembly and integration of complex microsystems that imbed proprietary sensors used for cardiovascular applications.

The expanded facility was put in place at the request of the company's marquee Medtech client, a NASDAQ listed entity with a market capitalisation exceeding US$6bn that will soon authorize the commercial scale manufacturing of a proprietary pressure sensors used for the measurement of blood flow in an implantable cardiovascular device.

"it is uncommon to simultaneously be asked to forward integrate into a customer's supply chain and partake a key role in a Medtech device "

The Company's initial focus is on addressing the immediate opportunity to deepen its penetration of the large and growing animal health and mining service markets.

The Company has identified significant future opportunities beyond these two initial markets. To meet anticipated growth in demand, Nanotron has successfully deployed its location awareness technology on a pilot basis in the transport, healthcare and safety industries.

this is not helpful to any pathway to profitability

We have been working with NanoDX over the past 18 months to provide a MEMS based solution for rapid COVID testing. Over this period there has been a sustained effort to interface MEMs structures into a nanowire based technology solution. This is a difficult technological challenge. It has become clear that this combination does not allow to scale up to high volume manufacturing. NanoDX has commenced an entirely new type of design that does not include MEMs and this will terminate any further activity with Sensera on this product.
