Sorry mate but it looks to me like the sellers are the ones who have woken up to the fact that MNS is going to keep going down hill, the big trouble for MNS is the have nothing to stop the SP crashing back to around 10 cents, sad but true.

See your friend robbo talking shite on HC regarding Retention Licences.

Here is what s 37 of the Mining Act 2010 says about the creation of retention licences:

Firstly, MNS doesn't have a Retention Licence

Secondly, if the resident legal guru had looked at the amendments to the Mining Act 2010 - in 2017 - he would be aware that Retention Licences were "abolished" under the new Act - hence anyone who had a retention licence is impacted - IDA was one, PEK was another . This is an extract from PEK - note they intend to apply for a Mining Licence

Abolition of Retention Licences

The new Act removes all provisions which provided for retention licences.

A Retention Licence could be applied for under the previous legislation if the holder of a

prospecting licence is unable to develop the project at present due to low commodity low prices.

With rare earth prices continuing to rise strongly, PeakÃÆâ€â„¢ÃƒÆ’ƒâہ¡ÃƒÆ’‚¢ÃƒÆ’¢Ã¢Ã¢Ã¢Ã¢â€š¬Ã…¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¬ÃƒÆ’…¡Ãƒâہ¡ÃƒÆ’‚¬ÃƒÆ’¢Ã¢Ã¢Ã¢Ã¢â€š¬Ã…¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¬ÃƒÆ’…¾Ãƒâہ¡ÃƒÆ’‚¢s strategy is to apply for a mining licence

for Ngualla in order to permit the project ready for development and hence is not affected by this

change in legislation.

There's a few talking shite aren't there?

The kerfuffle about IG stopping the "market making" for shorts as a very bad sign - despite the fact IG's short CFDs are dependant on the amount of borrow they can get.

Good ol' HC ain't exactly the place to go for informed, robust discussion though.

Not sure how the cessation of Retention Licenses impacts MNS, or why "horrifically delayed progress on a special mining licence permit" does not also warrant a warning to another company with "horrifically delayed progress on a regular mining licence permit"..

I mean, we're being transparent and everything, right?

Love your work Blacksheep.
