colaiscute
Hey all... I lost more money on MLB during the tech crash than on all my other shares combined. I guess the lesson i learnt from MLB (not to average down on a loser, and use stop losses) has saved me more money many times over though. I think MLB is worth a re look. It had a fantastic run through march... weakened a little, and is now starting to really boom again. I think it will last another month. Do you? wizzkid
MLB is probably worth another look, especially if it makes it past the 1.29 area. In the shorter term it has broken from a tiny bit of consolidation today around 120. wizz.
wizzkid
Today MLB hit 1.33 before closing @ 1.29 from a single sell order [8000] on close. I also beleive it was mentioned in Shares mag which may have some effect on the price. wizz.
4thekids
MLB announced very positive news today, profit upgrade. Has been trading in a band $1.13-$1.35 for the past 12 months or so. Well up today. Resistance level is at $1.35 if it goes throough this then worth a look.
4thekids
MLB has traded up 12% since my last post. It is now set to break $1.35 (14 Mth resistance level). Seems now might be the time to take a closer look. A break above $1.35 would be the indication of a knew run higher. Worth a look.

tasteofmoney
Moving north but still along way to go for those holders who bought in when it was $15+ http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/sad.gif.
4thekids
Haven't been following the share that long (only 6mths or so)! Bit of a rumor that things are going quite well MLB.
tasteofmoney
QUOTE (4thekids @ Friday 02/12/05 06:28pm) That's funny - I work there and I haven't heard that one. Actually the ones I have heard are quite the contrary!!.
4thekids
There you go then, from the horses mouth (so to speak). http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/wink.gif I guess recent news/profit upgrades were incorrect.
