Our databases are not available on Wednesday evenings between 8 pm-12 pm and from Friday 9 pm to Saturday 9 am (Australian EST), when regular development and maintenance is undertaken.

 

 

That's why you can't see it.

the three month period required was up as announced on 17.5.5. Typically the patent acceptance wont be announced until at least two weeks after this point. So considering there were no objections i would have thought next week we should see an announcement.

when it is granted the status on the application will change from "Accepted" to "Sealed"

Looks like a pretty big clean out before patent ann, any thoughts?

 

Flirting with LT support trend line at around .78, and I see support at around .70.

 

IMO market conditions are the cause of the fall, vol today indicates the same not much over 200K been traded over the last month or so.

Hey HD,

 

Sure is a big clean out !!! And the sell orders keep coming out of the woodwork.

 

As you say not out of control by any means , still waiting on the side lines myself

 

to purchase a trading parcel {still holding my original parcel +some NMSO} just

 

lack of news and impatient traders IMHO for the price drop,Little old NMS will sort

 

itself out over time, all I see atm is an opportunity to make more $%$.

I've got support at 73.5c and below that it's the most recent lowest low in the last retrace at 62.5c.

 

My feeling was that the selling is due to tax time approaching. Just a thought.

 

I'm also waiting for signs of reversal, ... watching close coz we know this baby can fly.

Hey All,

 

The Aus patent for NMS was sealed over the weekend {still no offical patent number yet}

 

but this is serious progress for this small company!! It was marked as being sealed on

 

the 2nd of June 2005 ,and due to it being a public holiday in WA today was not reported

 

to the ASX and still may not be for a few days as the patent is still not oficially offical.

 

I didn`t post yesterday due to wanting to top up myself today but I may have missed the

 

boat as I only got a small portion filled at 77.5c {but still hold lots from 6 months ago} so

 

I will see what tomorrow brings.

Hey All,

 

Just been to check out the NMS patent application webpage and noticed {as written below}

 

that the Aus patent was sealed on the 2nd of June 2005, but also that the sealed

 

advertising date is 16th of June 2005 not sure why as it is only the 9th today? Anyways

 

is more progress as far as the patent goes , sure is some impatient sellers around atm

 

small volume as usual bring on the news!!!

i have no particular knowledge about this but just a thought. A lot of government announcements regarding the granting of licences and similar are advertised. Either through mainstream newspapers or government gazettes. Perhaps the granting of a patent is similarly advertised as a matter of procedure. If its printed in government gazettes i think they only come out weekly or monthly. If printed in a newspaper it must take them a week or two to put the wheels in motion.

Either way i will have some funds available to accumulate next week so i hope an announcement dosent come too soon.
