jarrah tree
Nice to see Neptune stand strong in today's storm. Obviously a strong hold. Looking forward to AGM and quarterlies next month. Announcement re the north sea around the same time. Lange will be recieving plenty of christmas cards this year. Go neppy!!!
matto300
Big day for old Neppie!!! Announcement of the acquisition of the North Sea engineeering company Ross Deeptech Initiatives... Then a trading halt until the 31st... surely a capital raising to fund this given there was only $6.3mill in the bank as at the end of September and this acquistion is going to cost $25mill in cash... Future is looking nice in deed!!!
jazzmoo
In reply to: matto300 on Monday 29/10/07 10:37am I'm thinking it could be something else since the first release said that details of the financing would be released "as the transaction progressed". I wouldn't have thought they meant within the hour.
matto300
In reply to: jazzmoo on Monday 29/10/07 11:02am I would count an MOU as a progression of the transaction... I hope you are correct though http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif
