NightStalker
Hi balance Yes - the unique and the misuse of 'absolutely' and 'like' annoy the heck out of me too. Like, REALLY absolutely annoy me in an almost unique way... And apologies for the length of the post below - didn't look that long in Word from where I copied and pasted it. balance
My daughter has a T shirt with a big NOT LISTENING! on it. No $#!^ Sherlock. Far from perfect here NS and other readers we all make errors and get into bad speech habits , just airing a few that are very annoying to me. No high ground claimed here. chesterdash
Does anyone else get annoyed by the overuse of the phrase ' at the end of the day'?
wolverine
well, "at the end of the day" i find people always "over" exaggerate. (after all exaggerating is going too far, but to over exaggerate....) how about american medical shows with the classic "RESPI-TORY" since when did R & A get pulled out of RESPIRATORY?
