In reply to: FishHunter on Tuesday 03/06/08 05:09pm As I remember a certain director during talks with INL last year was selling shares in JRV at top prices. Todays deal may unbundle similar happenings. If the Chinese technology is superior to INL , and negotiated deal for JRV good ,good luck to them. If not Shame!
  2. In reply to: dimit on Monday 02/06/08 09:12pm managed to top up at 87 today. Some one who followes them (vind) tells me $1 within 1 week.

In reply to: veeone on Monday 02/06/08 08:58pm PW's closing remarks in the prospectus; "pricing of this Rights Issue represents an attractive investment opportunity in the short, medium and long term." I think they need dough to get in the CMR deal. they may get a % of JV provided the come up with solution and desidn. This may mean demo plant running for months. thats my gut feel. Alternately they could buy more BSM Or the Sardinia gold project needs a solution on similar terms to CMR or all three. or top up to pay GHD the theme is however they need dough for growth. cheers.
  5. great chart. good break out. rumoured seller not around. should get to $1 fast. cheers

In reply to: shakespeare on Friday 30/05/08 01:05am shhakespeare, true, but you empower your company to do more faster than what they otherwise would have done. Ideally this will result in a faster, higher SP growth, despite expected the slightly higher capitalisation (and share holders equity). My view is that for growth companies, extra capital at critical points when they have other elements correct , is very performance enhancing to SP , through better and faster market penetration and quicker consolidation of strategic position in the industry. I think INL have everything right now (or soon will have) except sufficient capital. 1year to 18 months from now, they can easily take on low cost debt, but at this point in time The S/holders who are believers , are the lowest cost , least dilution form capita supply. My only reservations about the the strategic direction is not enough fan fare has been given to these potential new customers through heads of agreements (like Zincox does) so that the investing community can fully appreciate the potential and mark the price up (say another 20 or 30c . Zincox , with an inferior technology is doing wonderfully in this regard. I think that growth companies are valued in the market polace for their potential growth. This company is a great growth company , yet is valued in the market place as a cash cow. In this regard I think that management have a great deal of room to improve. The investing community can attribute risks ok provided they know the full potential. Customers who are prepared to sign a heads of agreement is proof of potential. The American brokers report pointed out a few risks in not signing such agreements (or tying up such sources). They were concerned that inferior opposition can close in on EAFD supplies (eg as Zincox has done with a 150k tpa supply source in Malaysia). cheers

In reply to: jdh on Thursday 29/05/08 08:55pm Window of opportunity. Comments have been made re Director buying. Preparation of rights issue may have been an impediment to their buying recently. The following days may provide an opportunity for directors to add to their positions. May be they were buying today. Cheers

In reply to: deidre on Thursday 29/05/08 08:34pm deidre, Normarlly its true (for placements) But very wrong if its a renouncouble issue (to existing S/holders. There is no dilution. You still end up with same % of co if you participate. Just makes co stronger and more capitalised to achieve its mission. Cheers

In reply to: deidre on Wednesday 28/05/08 11:22pm deidre, Its a blessing they are coming to S/holders for funds instead of other sources. Its probably a blessing that SP has again come low. It gives us all a chance to top up big time. Only us can do this, as we know co much better than new S/holders. Its a blessing that SP will probably stay below 8 c before June. McQuarie will not come in for peanuts. Very solid foundations here. big rises on big anouncements and our exposure will be 40%more (1 for 5 share and 1 for 5 option) Stay put.

In reply to: dreamer on Monday 26/05/08 01:53pm dreamer, they can still exercise their options at 8c no matter what the price is. They can justify not exercising them at anything below 8c. If they are hard pressed for money they will not exercise them even if they are above 8c. Its hard for them to be seen not to be following their valuation of 15c however.

In reply to: ericson on Sunday 25/05/08 12:44pm Put it to DS. I am sure certain things unique and patented. as an aside , I have been looking at my old notes re chrectiristics of 10 (or multibaggers, as I ecpect INL to ultimately be 50 or 100 bagger). 1. "You start with big market." Go after a market in which you can experience hypergrowth. 2. Seek big margins. To get those margins you have to figure out what you're really good at -- what sets you apart from others and makes you unique. 3. People. "You are constantly on the lookout for super heroes," he advised. "Your sole reason to exist is to find people who are smarter than you are." 4. Build market share fast. "Use a virus, use a magnet, use whatever you can to get to be the biggest one, fastest." 5. Form partnerships. "Partner and create a network and then use that network and build that network." 6. Be a winner. "You don't want to be number two. You just don't. And it's really not that much harder to be number one than number two." 7. Get a customer. "A customer is absolutely critical to your success because you need the feedback." 8. Expand. "Then go get another customer so that the first one doesn't own you." 9. Build strategic relationships with these customers. "And strategic relations just means money has to go one way or the other, and it's better to have it go towards you usually." 10. Go public. All of these have been ticked or mgmt is frantically ticking them. cheers

In reply to: healyn on Friday 23/05/08 08:44pm Boomer, There are at least 5 or so (may be 10) other +ves that I have not mentioned. BSM is only one. There is another company down the road listed in AIM with Chinese interests who are keen Zeehan something. That in itself can create 10c in INL price. I think they have a big tailings dam and a big resource. I like to think I specialize in emerging growth companies. This one fits my criteria. I have not seen such potential for a long time. My message is that it can break up any time. Many people have misunderstood INL because the board and mgmt have done everything sequentially without cutting corners. As s/holders we are too anxious but in the end INL are doing the right thing. My message that is different to every one elses of late is this; INL may break up without some big announcement. One very keen buyer can ignite the market. There are too many sitting back waiting for better timing on this one. There is a pool of potential buyers out there and growing all the time. The economics and the technicals (science) are becoming clearer to more and more people. The clarity of the forum and the presentations, the recent US brokers covering, allows more people to buy in without excessive perceived risk. At a recent forum (a real one not virtual) some one commented "realistically I cannot see anything going wrong with INL" I think this will become the mainstay opinion. The wall of disbelief about hydro metallurgy is crumbling. As another chap involved in hydro metallurgy high up commented " hydro metallurgy is the growing segment of a growing industry" meaning mining. I think the best buying (the type that the Americans are renowned for) is buying in perceived risk, and the best selling is , selling into perceived certainty. We are in the perceived risk part of this great growth company. My recommendation; Do your research, understand INL and buy early and buy a big chunk.

In reply to: deidre on Friday 23/05/08 05:18pm deidre, May be INL prefer these options not get exercised before July when, a couple of months later they could do pla cement at 15 20 or even 30c after a few deals announcements are made. They dont need $3.6 m right now. They will need it when recycling project gets go ahead. May be we are lucky its below 8c till Jul. cheers

In reply to: mango63 on Friday 23/05/08 04:58pm From previous post of mine. re (1) I cannot think that a newsletter would not cover it soon . Multi baggers is what they seek so that alkl of their followers can make big bucks. One of them (was it fat prophets) has covered it about 1 year ago. It would not be too hard for them to catch up with the latest. Breakout can happen any time IMO. I am in. I may buy more.

In reply to: deidre on Friday 23/05/08 04:40pm dedre, don't be too sure that everything has to be completed for co to jump quickly. Any of following could happen, 1) A newsletter decides to cover it. 2) one of joint would venture partners decides to take a stake. 3) A chinese mill of some sort decides to add Zinc to iron ore portflio. 4) Any anouncement on the CMR proposal (may be JV) 5) Any anouncement on gold project in Sardinia. 6) may be Zincox will decide and hedge bets or go with the better technology and may want seat on board or control. 7) May be a big American buyer appears. 8) any combination of above No 8 needs further consideration. If any from 1 to 7 decide to buy may be the rest will not want to miss out. I think INL has found support at 6 about 6 weeks ago. With doubling of recycling project support at 7 seems reasonable. IMO breakout can happen soon, fast and in a big way. cheers

In reply to: sunnyone on Sunday 18/05/08 09:50pm MultiServ expands in Europe and Australia by Editorial staff. January 30, 2008 United States | Worldwide industrial services company Harsco Corporation says its industry-leading MultiServ mill services division has been awarded multi-year contracts in Australia, Italy and the UK that include close to US$15 million (Euro 11,6 million) in combined new revenues over their terms. MultiServ has received a seven-year contract extension from OneSteel at its operations in Victoria, Australia that includes new responsibilities for a range of melt shop and property services previously handled by outside contractors. The contract adds to a nearly 20-year MultiServ presence at this location, a former Smorgon Steel operation. Smorgon recently merged with OneSteel to form Australia’s leading manufacturer of steel long products. In Italy, MultiServ has been awarded a new contract to provide manual slab scarfing and oxycutting services at Duferco’s Verona Steel S.p.a. plate mill. MultiServ’s scarfing services remove surface and sub-surface imperfections on steel slabs prior to rolling. The plant, a new service location for the MultiServ division, is in the heartland of Italy’s steelmaking zone adjacent to the Ferriera Valsider works, where in 2006 MultiServ initiated similar contract services for oxycutting and manual slab scarfing. Under a joint venture signed last year between Duferco and Russia’s fourth-largest steelmaker, Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK), the Verona Steel works is being upgraded with a 25%capacity increase to handle and process high quality steel slabs produced by NLMK. Under a new contract from Corus Group’s Teesside Beam Mill in the UK, MultiServ will provide round-the-clock handling and stockyard management of incoming steel slabs from the nearby Scunthorpe works for processing at the Teesside beam rolling mill in accordance with the mill’s production schedules. The Teesside plant is regarded as one of the most efficient structural section rolling mills in the world, handling approximately 750 000 tonnes per year and producing a range of structural beams and columns for the construction industry. MultiServ’s long-standing customer, Corus Group, is Europe's second largest steel producer and a subsidiary of Tata Steel Ltd., the world's sixth largest and second most global steel producer

In reply to: Marsupial on Sunday 18/05/08 08:59pm Mars, I thank you very march for this excellent report. Exactly the sort of think I was hoping for. Been there myself months ago. The progress is astounding. Many positives that have yet to be reflected in the SP. Many serious partners to choose from it seems. The technology advances have been astounding. Have a large holding but slowly increasing further myself. I too am confident that it is a multibagger. In 18 months it will probably be earning much more than its its SP of today. Cheers.

In reply to: healyn on Friday 16/05/08 11:41am They are very good at running and optimising plants. They have a presence there. They have the cash.
