WESTPAC SUCK,there whole system is down ,there alert system doesn't work(aum alert did not even come through this morning,hence major losses in aum) and they tell me that they have just updated there site.they have only 1 complaint manager who can't come to the phone...becuase of there system being down I am out of pocket bigtime.the ombudsman will here about this as well as the media...all they could say to me was we are sorry..."BONG" NOT GOOD ENOUGH...
