FA looks really good IMO and TA wise ....well i'm not really good in that area, but looks to want to rise to me. cheers PC

  8. In reply to: rubba81 on Tuesday 27/02/07 09:00am Citigold Corporation Limited page 1 Citigold Corporation Limited ANNOUNCEMENT 23 February 2007 Citigold Shares to Trade in Dubai Citigold Corporation Limited, CTO, (Citigold) is pleased to announce that it has received approval to list its shares on the Dubai International Financial Exchange (DIFX). The Company will be the first company from the East Asia/Pacific region to list on this international standard stock exchange and the first Australian company to look at accessing the region’s pool of liquidity through a secondary stock exchange listing of our shares. Citigold will be the second gold miner to list on the DIFX following the tier one gold miner, Gold Fields Limited of South Africa, last November. Citigold will also be the first gold company to list its ordinary shares. This is expected to enhance liquidity and has only recently been made possible with the help of Computershare registry services group who have established a real time back office settlement link with DIFX. The shares that trade on the DIFX will be the same pool of shares that trade on the ASX. The Dubai time zone, being 6 hours behind Australian Eastern Standard Time, means that the DIFX opens at 5:45pm Australian Eastern Standard Time. This effectively extends the trading day for CTO shares. The listing date and commencement of trading will be Monday 19 March 2007. The successful approval for this secondary listing on the DIFX followed a rigorous application process. Regulatory Alliance The DIFX's international standard regulatory framework was acknowledged in September 2006 with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the regulator of the DIFX. This agreement will enhance the supervision of cross-border transactions and help strengthen the international network of securities regulators. The Board believes that this listing will allow petrodollar liquid investors, who have strong cultural links with gold, to add Australian gold shares to their investment portfolios. This liquidity helped the Dubai gold industry to record almost $20 billion worth of sales during 2006. City of Gold Dubai, known as the City of Gold, imported nearly 500 tonnes of gold in 2006 and has the highest concentration of jewellery shops in the world. Dubai serves as an entry point for physical gold moving to India, the Middle East and Central Asia. Citigold Corporation Limited page 2 In this time zone the DIFX is situated to access both Western and Eastern financial markets. The political stability, modern and efficient trading hubs and international business practices will also ensure the future success of the DIFX. With the recent commencement of gold production Citigold now considers this an appropriate time to increase investor access to Citigold shares. Over the last few years the Dubai based investment community has expanded and diversified and Citigold currently has nearly 50 Dubai based investors on its share register and it believes this will increase with the ability to trade on the DIFX. From its existing office in Dubai Citigold plans to continue to promote the Company and increase investor awareness building on the existing shareholder base and a positive ‘Citigold Corporation’ brand. This listing is planned to increase trading in Citigold's CTO shares and will also assist it to locate efficient sources of capital to fund its future growth strategies. This listing is expected to add shareholder value over time. The Australian Trade Commission (Austrade) in Dubai has assisted with procedures and supports this initiative to list a relevant Australian company in this region. Austrade estimates that the number of Australians working in the UAE has more than tripled between 2002 and 2006 and now totals almost 15,000 people. Background on the DIFX The DIFX opened for trading in September 2005 and aims to become the leading stock exchange between Western Europe and East Asia. It is unique in its region because its standards are comparable to those of leading international exchanges in New York, London and Hong Kong. Financial activities in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) are governed to international standards by an independent regulator, the DFSA. The DIFX is located in the DIFC, a financial free zone, which opened in 2004. The DIFC currently has 18 member banks/firms including ABN AMRO, Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, ING Bank, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and UBS. Mark Lynch Managing Director Citigold Corporation Limited 19 Lang Parade, Milton, Queensland, Australia (ACN 060 397 177) phone: +61 7 3870 8000 fax: +61 7 3870 8111 email: info@citigold.com STRATEGIC BUSINESS SUMMARY - Citigold Corporation is one of Australia’s newest gold producers controlling Australia's richest goldfield located at Charters Towers in north Queensland. The mesothermal gold deposit has previously produced 6.6 million ounces (oz) of gold at 34 g/t. The gold resource is 10 million oz with the potential to expand. Gold output is planned to increase from 40,000 oz to 250,000 oz per year with a mine life of 30 years. 19. London Times Newspaper Stories TOP STORY: The English Cricket Board have created a HELP LINE to assist the distressed & disillusioned fans who are suffering from the latest test whitewash. They can get free help by ringing the 'toll free' number: 1800 10 10 10. That's 1800, won nothing, won nothing, won nothing !! 2ND MAJOR STORY: Osama Bin Laden has appeared on Satellite tv this morning to quash rumours of his death in an explosion in a baghdad motel. And to prove his message was 'not' pre-recorded, he stated: "I watched the ashes series on tv and saw the English team cop a belting !!" Both US & UK government officials have dismissed the 'so called' proof by saying the taped message could have been recorded anytime over the last 10 years !! And finally: English husbands have had to learn to decipher a 'new' message sweeping across england being delivered by millions of english housewives. The message is very clear, when they wear a t-shirt to bed that reads: 'English Cricketer' English husbands now know they wont be 'scoring' that night !! cheers PC
