Well can some one tell me how to "Borrow" millions of shares and then return them for what ever reason (maybe to control the share price while they stock up in another account. Smells a bit like a trawler's deck box????

Just letting you know that I emailed to "Link Services" on Thursday to ask to resend the Voting Link for the meeting. I was told that Proxy Voting had closed on 13th Jan 2011 for any internet type voting. I was not impressed with this answer and went looking for the notices emailed out. I found the missing link OK. I have looked at all the notices and I can not find anywhere the date cut-off mentioned or quoted. As it turned out I found the email link and the voting went ahead as normal. Just wondering if this is a deliberate ploy to stop the rush to clear the decks or change?????

    VCR

Hi All burnt by the VCR colapse. Interesting snipit was on TV recently about the development of the LVAD by one of the chief's developers from VCA device. Seems that their was an ulterior motive for some persons not assisting the "Save VCR Team" by kicking in and mounting the buy-out by shareholders. As the program was all about the n "new development" of the new LVAD using our "IP" developed by VCR and paid dearly by all us Shareholders. I alsop wonder what happened to all the "IP" property that was owned by VCR. Has anyone been able to find and news as to the owners now and did it stay in AU or go to USA. If sole how much was paid and who purchased. I still have not got over the way this was handled and especially when RUDD has the ordacity to say, when ousted, that he has done lots to help the medical system because of family history of problems. What a bloody joke???? I and many others pleaded for assistance but were simply fobed off as usual by politicians. Cheers for New Year,

    AOE

You really have to wonder if there is a hidden agenda with some of the anouncements you see written by these so called expert advisers. The true share holders are always burnt by such statements as profiteers take off. Firstly Rudd has to get back into government and then we need to wait 2 long years before the new disaster tax is implemented.

Hi F-W and thanks for the info. Looking at the link I get the feeling that someone is very out of date with the situation at home here or VCR is operating and running in UK still??? Is there any way we could find out what is happening here. UK is very close to France where Bowtie is now said to be residing?? Any further news about the Legal Challenge would also be appreciated. Best wishes for Xmas to all posters. Hope we do not have any more VCR's this Year. Cheers All.

Hi All, What is important now is what has happened to the "I.P." that was owned by VCR and who has ended up with all the benefits of the years of development funded by all us shareholders?? Maybe someone can answer if there are any new developments from any source that can shed some light on this disaster. I for one am convinced that this was an orchestrated move by some to shut down VCR to benefit another company. After seeing what administrators can do I have a different opinion about solicitors??
  12. Great to finally see some real movement in the sector. Has anyone looked at (RAW) lately. I cant understand the indifference in this company their SP. They have real good acreage right in the middle of BOW & ARROW. They are a real sleeper. I have held but got tired of their lack of movement. May buy back now the (Recession) is looking like its stablised with the market. Interesting day tomorrow as some take their weekly profits. ???

Hi All. DONT GET SHITTY GET EVEN. Aswk why the Shareholders were ignored and not given the "EQUAL" opportunity by the VA. We all should not just let this lie. Grt off our ass's and create a swell to demand an answer to the questions we have all been asking?? Ask why were we shafted and where does Crosby fit into all this ?? Why did ASIC not investigate and hold up the meeting until all perties were given the relivent Info. Why did the Yanks have access virtually since day one of the VA when we did not.?? Dont let this die YELL OUT LOUD AND LONG. I am really Pissed off, not so much about the money but about the way we were treated.

Hi Moosey, Thanks for being so honest and direct. What you say is correct but I have to say that there were many of us (Shareholders) that were frozen out by the Board and the almost corrupt system set up by BowTie and that bunch of bloodsuckers called the Board. We asked many questions at the last Meeting and were spoken down to like we were just missguided kids. We could not get a straight answer as to why all questions asked over the past years or so were ignored and never answered. I personally called dozens of times and could never get past the switch let alone get an answer. I believe that the managment are corrupt and have a secondary agenda as to the future of this great company. Surely "all" the members of the Board were not able to see the writing as to where it was going to end. Times have now changed and we are all now working soo hard to protect you and many others future to try to now rescue VCR from VA. I agree that we have a big task ahead of us so please hold true to the great product you have developed. We are all appreciative of yours and all the other employees efforts and you should hold your head up high as we are all proud of your achievments. I just hope you can turn your energies into making sure you did not develop this product for someone else to proffit from. We can do this if we all pull in the same direction and not against each other. I hope your efforts are recognisd when the new VCR is re-born with proper managment and direction. Cheers B

More Info to add to the previous statement. This has come as a shock to me. Can anyone eleborate on the state of play from here. I have asked Steven for his views as to where the SH should go from here. How do the SH's get a list of SH's details and are we able to call meetings legally??? This was Steven's reply to my earlier emails. " **** thank you for your e mail so that it is clear the administrators are not “trying to set up a capital raisingâ€ÂÂÂÂÂ, as outlined to the shareholders who attended the shareholder briefing on 7 April 2009, the option of proposing a deed of company arrangement which could include a share purchase plan is one which is available to you and your fellow shareholders. It is a matter for the shareholders as to whether they pursue this route. We are presently unaware as to whether shareholders will progress this matter if there is a proposal made we will assess and report on same as part of the administration process." Regards S Sherman

Hi, Hope all had great Easter. After several unhappy SH's called James McCullough (Brisbane Courier Mail City Beat) last week re the state of play in Sydney. James wrote in todays colum (14th April 2009) " More news on the curious Ventracor administrator's meeting held down south last week. One Shareholder who attended the meeting ___ not shut out like several others or dropped from the conference call___ reports that things are a bit brighter than first thought. "There is a slim chance that the company can be recapitilised, the jobs saved and the technology brought to the American market", "I was at the meeting. There is still a slim chance that the company can be recapitalised, the jobs saved and the technology brought to the American market." our spy reports. Aparently the administrator said he would consider a shareholder proposal in the form of a deed of company arrangement (DOCA). This would have to provide a better return to creditors than a trade sale or liquidation. In Ventracor’s case the creditors are mainly employees so it is reasonable to expect they would look favourably on a proposal that would save their jobs. The major obstacle to a DOCA is how do we contact and coordinate the 17,000 shareholders. Interested shareholders should contact the administrator; Steve Sherman from Ferrier Hodgson" Now comes the interesting part, How do we get to all the SH's in the time frame that has been set up for the next meeting??? I will be calling the VA now and advising him that I fully support the play. Cheers B

Hi All, I am pleased to say I have just spoken with James McCullough, (Courier Mail City Beat Columist) and he is very happy to run with the story and do some investigation into the whole VCR debarcle on our behalf. He will investigate the meeting as well as the situation re the predicted fire sale of "our Company". He agreed that the administrator has a duty of care to try to protect the investment of the shareholders and to keep the company in Australian hands. At least the very last step should be to sell the company after all other avenues have been exhausted. Would a sugestion, that as time is critical, Vijay, or someone, should call a meeting of all VCR SH's to discuss the future of the company and invite the VA to attend. This should be by way of a post out or email to all shareholders and a demand be made on the VA to get the email and address's from the relivent source. I was only able to hear some odd points during the short time that I had contact with the Conference call and did hear the VA state that only 57 SH's had called or emailed him, thus stating there was not much interest in VCR's future. Surely Vijay's + 5% representation is more than 57 persons. ??? Best regards B.

Hi All, I have just posted this and I feel if we all get onto the Administrator we should be able to request at least a meeting before anything is done with "OUR" Company . Seems we are again being kept in the dark and fed zilch. Surely we own VCR not the F+*&%^%Board or Administrators??? " Dear Sir/Madam,[/color] I am a shareholder in VCR and I have been since the Company was first listed. I have many thousands of dollars invested and I would like to see at least the possibility of some form of profitable outcome for the Company. I have tried many times in the past 2 years to seek information from the past board, but on all occasions were denied even any answers or requests for information. The SPP in December 2008 was not very well supported due to the arrogance of the Board and lack of confidence in these persons running VCR. I would like to suggest that a SPP would now be extensively supported with the Administrators running VCR. My request from the Board as to how well the SPP was supported was dismissed and denied. I did support the last SPP fully. At the last AGM many shareholders expressed grave concerns for the future of VCR with the board again evading may questions and shutting down and form of conversation that involved questioning their management. Some Questions we are all asking to be answered:- Will you be calling a meeting for Shareholders, if so, where and when??(I see this as a first move to seek fully the support of the Solders Holders and bring all up to date with the future of VCR.) Will the past Board be paid any remuneration based on their running this great Company into the ground?? We the Share Holders have been unable to receive any information from the Board for almost 2 years. Will you, as administrators, be continuing with this "information blackout" or will you start sending us relevant information as expected by the owners of VCR.?? I would like to request that at least we should be entitled to hear and view any suggestions before any decision is made on the future of VCR. I and many others have much invested in VCR and would like to see the Company continue under proper and transparent management that will, at the very least, achieve this outcome. Best Regards----------------- Shareholder x 2 "

Hi All, I wonder just how much financual support there was for the offered SPP. When considering that the Company needed $10M and yet has been able to get to Mid March, just 3 months out from June. We were all told that it (SPP) failed to be supported. I for one supported it and I know many many others that did also. What was the real support and just how much ($) was raised and what was realy required ($) to keep this great Company afloat. Now there are even more questions that require answers. The fact that we were told the SPP was unsupported imo is BS. Going by the support at the recent AGM I fail to see how this statement could be true.
  20. Hey, The only way the SP will ever go up is if it is bought up not by anything the managment can or will do. If there is no confidence in the product, and the traders keep knocking it down for a pittence then we are all in for a long wait. JK has the runs on the board now sowe all should all talk the talk and hope it is not wounded too badly to recover where we want it to be. the ground is good so are the shares. Cheers

In reply to: clifton on Wednesday 10/12/08 10:10am Hi Clifton & V1, Would it not be better to ask the reasons before "supposing" the reasons "why" things are the way they are. It was explained at the AGM that the second backer pulled out as money tightened up due to the World situation and that the funds were not able to raised. This was started in August-September when the US Banks were falling off the perch everywhere. Call the Number 94063086 and ask the questions We would all like to knw where our funds are at just now?? Happy Xmas to all Cheers. http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/laughingsmiley.gif

In reply to: Cruising on Tuesday 02/12/08 04:08pm We all have heard all these claims before (Take over the Company) Just look at Vic. Pet. for a good example. Stuffed everyone around then at midnightpulled the pin costing hunderds of thousands for legal fees and meetings for squat diddly. We all have sunk funds into VCR and I for one am not going to shoot myself in the foot and the Board when we can see the finishing line arriving. As much as we all have opinions about what should have been done , now is definately not the time to be sacking anyone. Just where will the "New Chief" get all the contacts and part completed decisions from ??? certainly PC wont be happy and hand over a folder on how to complete the Certification process. Should have made the effort to come to the AGM. That was the place to ask these questions not now?? I am still suporting the SPP. Cheers

In reply to: clifton on Monday 01/12/08 04:14pm Hi Clifton : Yes you are correct with what you refered to in your post. The feeling at the AGM was exactly that. The US Market is very protective of its own and for an Aussie Company to break that system it certainly needs someone who knows the ropes and when to pull them> " Crosby, he does have the advantage of having lived and worked in the US medical industry for many years, so he knows how they play ball. I might have to grudgingly suggest that without his knowledge of the US and how it works, VCR might not gone as far as it already has." Just went through my notes again and a couple of points I missed "The Asian Market is running at Income generation of $2.1 Million With 6 hospitals on line including India" When calling the Company Use the number 9406-3086. This number evidentually will get through to persons that will call back or at least speak with you if they are available. Cheers

In reply to: clifton on Saturday 29/11/08 10:35am Hi Clifton ?? Yes I did survive "Just" Firstly Eliz. Nosworthy did not attend. Too busy somewhere else ??? No reason given. Well the meeting was well attended by about 100 SH. Opened with John Ward giving his version of events and almost from the very first sentance he started to ramp the VCR situation down as if it is a foregone conclusion that it is stuffed. He also made statements that the board could not understand why the SP was so low and gave reasons that they (the Board) have maintained a very open and forthright position of keeping the SH's abreast of the news and in fact stated that they always conducted and have returned any calls to shareholders??? (This was disputed during question time by several SH's and finally one SH made a passionate plee after it being sugested that he "may have been a one of the ratbag element" because he mentioned the shareholders forums. He replied that these very persons that are trading the stares regulary are the same traders that can easily down grade the shareprice by "Negative " trading. This he explained was mostly due to the Companys inability or refusal to discuss what is happening with the Company. ) Crosby sugested to meet him after the meeting to this discuss further. Many SH were allowed to ask questions and many were fully surporting the Board as well as many disputed the statements and Costs the Board incurs on the funds of VCR. John Ward again replied that the "NONE" of Board were taking any fees or Cash Bonuses until the company is in a better financual state. I somehow did not hear this during the opening statements by JW. but it was repeated several times during question time. It is somthing that may need to be questioned and a written answer requested. The Company VCR is in a precarious position just now with funding. The Board has areement that if the SPP is not supported to almost a full uptake, then the Company may very well be volintarilly or forceably sold or worse still placed in recievership. To actually hear these words spoken gives one a chill. Many old holders and even more new SH's agreed to support the SPP. on thinking back I must say I would agree. The question was asked as to why the Board Members were not taking up their quota"s of shares and JW explaned that was because of legal restrictions plced on them by the ASX and ASIC. It would seem that fund-raising has been undertaken during the past 12 months, and on 2 seperate occasions both have fallen over at the sign off. Firstly with US "Liemans Group" that has just been bailed by the US Fed. and another Group that withdrew at midnight due to the Money Situation world wide. It was explained that during these "Secret" discussions , that any member of the board that took-up holdings, would be considered "Inside" trading. The Company now has very little choise's left , so the SPP is now the lifeline to keep going until the US Approvalis are in hand. Now as close as first half 2010. One interesting point was if anyone sends money for the shares SPP and the Company is forced into Recievership, then "ALL FUNDS" will be returned in full. Given the US Dollar rate being supported an sugestions that the AU dollar may go even lower I see VCR almost being able to trade on its sales alone (If the Boards Fees are on hold) VCR has set up all the costs for the products in US dollars. This is a big positive to any Australian Company. The Company can presently manufacture 35 to 45 Units per Month so do the sums. The Graphs shown show the VCR (3rd Generation.) uptake at the same levels as the opposition products (2 Gen.) and this is growing monthly. The Contracted cost is fixed US$ for the pivotal trials. I was surprised and dismayed that the other 4 board members did not utter on word during the meeting. I just had the feeling they were keeping the seats warm. I now, as all of the share holders, have to decide to either take up the SPP or not. When one weighs up the funds already invested and what we all will loose if VCR falls off the perch. It is certainly a big decision. I will support the SPP as I see the product as being a far superior product to the oposition's and the hard yards have been covered. Given that "Thor" has a market Cap some dozens of times VC's and that the products are being uptaken at a simular rate aaaaaand arguablly VCR has a better product (3-G) then I feel VCR should be given every chance to get off the ground. There certainly was a feeling from the SH's in attendance that the Board has to pull its sox up and start talking up the Company, as it was well discussed during Question Time and I felt that the Board Members listened to the comments made about them and they were genuinely listening. They appeared to be embarresed by the Share Price. Wether this is addressed or not I guess is up to us ,the Shareholers. We all may need to be more demanding on the Company to get off their asses and start sending out positive vibes not the "Silent" crap we have all experienced to date. Call the Company and demand to speak with them if they dont comply. I will definately be sending my cheque this week for the SPP> Hope this has been some help Cheers
