  1. Atmarket....looks like you may need some ropren cause I just don't get that last post... http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/wacko.gif D&A results were supposed to be out before the EGM....I hope this ANN is a precursor to them!

Just type in 'NMSO option date' into google and you will get the Dates for Oppies and any other oppies you are looking for if you type in the symbol you want.......a boy look????......Ie you diddn't think before asking....yep.....use google. .....NMSO are a bargain IMO, gald to have picked up a heap more with the cash from selling the shares above $1.... Behind closed doors I believe there is a lot going on, and am not a bit worried about the SP considering the potential and the enthusiasm of larger companies to take up NMS as a new provider of services under one umbrella with the bonus of NEPSYS. Investors shouldn't be worried, traders made thier $$ and dissapeared....I had half of my holdings to sell, being even on oppies and shares, and picked the right time to trade out of shares.....It's still a no brainer....the next 2 years should be rather exciting bar the lack of news.....
  3. The chart looks triggerish to me aswell Livas...not that I care too much about charts on SLA anymore....the fundies say it all for me. I don't think Professor Anatoly Zhebrun came over here for the weather........Melbourne is worse than Russia at this time of year...lol I can feel a lull in the markt coming over the next few weeks with a storm on the horizon....SLA should weather it ok but next week I think a large financial insto may fail in US and rock the markets a bit.....not a time to panic, time to take advantage as per usual. I went long on Suncorp Monday......if tomorrow is a good day I'll cash some of that in and buy some more SLA, I'm expecting SUN to run till thursday arvo though.....then I'll buy even more SLA, perhaps even next week if the market finds another reason to take a dive. IMO http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/weirdsmiley.gif It is well known that H.Pylori infection is able to be treated effectively with a combination of synthetic antibiotics. However, the work undertaken by Professor Zhebrun’s team from the Pasteur Institute set out to determine: • Firstly, the extent to which Bioeffective® A could provide an effective treatment with a single natural product that exhibits none of the side effects associated with conventional antibiotic therapy; and • Secondly, whether it might also have the potential to prevent the spread of H.Pylori – something which existing treatments simply cannot do. So Professor Anatoly Zhebrun is over here for a suntan????...lol ......I don't think so!..... http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/tongue.gif
  4. http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/graduated.gif Nice one Rofous....it's good to look back on old announcements, just to confirm the reasons for holding SLA no matter the price...... Within 4 years we may get a divvy equal to our buy in price ..... Hell CSL did it...why not SLA It's a 'one in a million shot' .....but the odds are in our favour IMO.... Belief has got us all this far.....lets hope the lads in charge can take us to the stars..... Well I'd be way happy if SLA made it to the top 300, but that's to short sighted when you look at the big picture. http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/weirdsmiley.gif I took on board some advice a few years back.......AND I still have 2 tickets to go....here it is... If you could only ever invest in 6 companies in your entire life what would they be.....??? PS CFD trading doesn't count....lol...... http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/tongue.gif PPS SAV........shame about the weather..........good to catch up for a drink though.....

I may have ben one of them buyers, there's been a bit of that going around lately....those with a few $$$ looking to take avantage of loosers who are in up to thier necks with margin loans. Sold all shares to convert to oppies a few weeks back....slowly getting them at the right price..... http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/tongue.gif
  6. In reply to: manoli98 on Friday 24/08/07 11:44pm Manoli, the seller was probably nearly broke form the crash and needed his cash to cover a margin loan. It just makes good buying for anyone with some $$$ to spend. Don't panic........ http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/wink.gif
  7. Just recieved my EGM paperwork in the mail....it's good to see they diddn't go overboard on the cost of printing compared to some companies I have recieved booklets from. I would have thought some statement would have been made as to results being announced at this meeting, as they have previously promised.
  8. After listening to the first statement by Dennis there is a deal being done with Russia.....it's detmined on "the deal done with the licencing authorities in Russia, the RMOH"....it's all connected but Russia will be the big beneficiary as far as pricing goes.....it's a given, but pricing will still be high. I feel not an ounce of jealousy for the reasons behind this, but only hope they provide the resources to run up SLA's speed to completion of trials and have the full support of everyone involved..... Oh that's right ..... WE ALREADY DO ..... Professor Zhebrun is rocking into town...lol.... http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/lmaosmiley.gif Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit.......I win.....hehehe http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/tongue.gif I think it will be a matter of how much BIO-R and A ect, needs to be supplied to Russia instead of the rest of the world (including shareholers if they need it..as stated in the last AGM)........50% to the russians at a fair price for thier involvment and 49% to rich people and 1% to shareholders with more than 5000 shares as of the last AGM would sound fair to me.... Theres enough to supply some but, if all start screaming, who's gonna get it?...... http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/sadsmiley02.gif I don't care at the moment but my liver surely will be on it's last legs after tonite....lol.....ie nice ann....champers all round
  9. Just imagine BIO-A hitting the shelves as a product like BEROCCA or PANADOL. OH boy here we go......IMO..... http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/lmaosmiley.gif Wouldn't surprise me at all if it was incorporated into the products!
  10. Chart looked oversold to me but a market correction will do that, whacking it out of it's trading range, it's a head and shoulder completion with a direction change for the positive heading to $1.50-$3 some time after the egm, possibly $3 by Xmas, if the last year or so's formations continue, ie doubling in price around every 3 months, but the 3 month cycle could turn into a longer cycle as the SP rises IMO but SLA seems to be mor information orientated than technicaly correct in some instances. There's certainly potential for it to reach these heady heights....how many companies around the world get a visit. specificaly to see them. by such a high ranking Russian Scientst as Professor Anatoly Zhebrun. who needs permission to leave the country. by the Government. It makes Solagran look rather important eh. It's a 4 year road to riches and I'm on it.... http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif ......with potential for much more than any of us could dream of in all the bioeffective range there after. Livas1.....everything caught my eye in that last ann.....this is one eye catching company...lol
  11. http://money.cnn.com/data/markets/ looks like i will score some more tomorrow and rout the asx on CFD day trading to boot..... http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/sadsmiley02.gif Sorry guys....I'm just gonna have to take your panickers off you....lol I'll short for the first hour of trade and take some longs therafter The market is soooo predictable on a Friday..even more so in a rout! FREAKY FRIDAY!....bring it on!...... http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/graduated.gif
  12. QUOTE (manoli98 @ Friday 17/08/07 02:16am) Yes Manoli, only the price has changed....some will run away, and some wil come...... I'm happy I took some time out on other shares to top up up on SLA......just at the right time......NMS was one, but is like SLA....massive potential..... ok ban me again for ramping another stock for 2 weeks....lol....I have a fishing trip planned for next week anyway http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/laughingsmiley.gif BLA BLA BLA It must be my heritage....I have foot in mouth disease...... http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/thumbdown.gif
  13. http://www.tradekey.com/selloffer_view/id/55189.htm The faithful get richer, the stupid go to HC......see you there.....lol.... http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/tongue.gif Got lotsa interested parties ready and waiting for the weak of heart to sell......they were considering it just before the DUMBPRIME debarcle and now have a serios position to take....go figure.... http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/lmaosmiley.gif PS....SAV...I just re read this...nothing was said as a trash againt you....let's sort a beer out some time..... http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/ph34r.gif
  14. Geeeezzzz Sav you sound like me after a few bourbz.....let the weak of mind and heart sell.....let us reap the rewards.......SLA offers twice the profit at this price.....hehehe.....me and my friends/family just got richer on stupidity....let the sub prime be a perfect example.....stay out of the market if you don't actually have the cash.....leverage is a stupid way to go if you know nothing....lol http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/tongue.gif
  15. IMO Transfers of shares are going from the weak of heart to the strong of mind ATM. It wouldn't surprise me if, in general some (trading site spammers) spys are watching closely and are trying to torture us into selling 'the next best thing in the medicinal world' ZFX gave me some some $$ to play with today....enough to make it to the agm and book into the best hotel in town for 3 days....or enogh to buy some more SLa.....hmmmm decisions, decisions......
  16. In reply to: BullseyeBob on Wednesday 15/08/07 06:49pm Bullseyebob...... http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/tongue.gif ......I'll tell you so again later...lol It'd be nice to know what percentage of sales will end up being outside Russia......we could end up with an AVERAGE price around $3000 that way.........as time goes by, outside sales should outstrip Russian demand. Ahhh well it all gives us something to chat and speculate about I suppose.... http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif
  17. I like it when I can say 'I told you so' $1000 per course was being touted by some here, now look at what they've come up with, up to 100% higher expectation than even I thought ($3000) What's 1.2 million cources (in 2010-12) times $3500-6000 US with an approximate 70-90% margin.......and where would that sit the SP? Yes bring on the chart Charles.......it'll be good for morale. I'm happy as a pig in a pine forest ATM...... http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/lmaosmiley.gif
  18. Tinker and crew, I blame all my wierd posts on eating to many Muddies and Flathead from the Pioneer River in Makay a few years back.....the pollution is a perfect example of the complacancy and corruption in government. They can sit on thier hands and say the sky isn't falling, but it does eventually, and by then they are retired and living it up on a fat pension.....Howard still believs or professes to believe C02 is not a problem, C02 possibly isn't the main culpret, it could be a combination, it's probably not only C02 that's causing the plantet to warm up; sulphur, methane, refrigerants ect, all contribute....it's industrial murder and the govenments are complicit in allowing it to happen......It's no wonder Howard is going to get thrashed.......he's a liar, sneaky and mean.......nice one Costello. Anyway it's companies like SLA that will help turn the world around.....time to get back to basics IMO. http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/weirdsmiley.gif
  19. So what's changed in the last few days...??? FUNDAMENTALS OF SLA?????......NOT! LOL.....food, water, oxygen, sex and OIL!!!!!...the basics for survival in th 21st century...... What the hell does sub prime have to do with anything....I went a long pssie on ZFX on friday and can handle it to $15.....and will buy more if it drops.... The big boys are screwin' with ya...time to take advantage of sellers.....like they are.....DOOM AND GLOOM=PROFITS...... Another 7 years left in the market IMO..... Market makers have gotten bored with the trend and want volitility.....they made a fortune on 9/11 because they knew it was going to happen.....that was the last time the markets went SPAZZO....a 5 year up trend is boring.....and comlacent. Perfect timing for the super funds to throw some cash about too....makes them look like cleaver buggers in 5-6 months when all the crap settles.......hehe If you have some $$$ spare throw all you have at this weakness....and any further weakness then go hard..... Personally I buy some now, 30% of what I would like,.....and if the market falls further by 10% I buy another 30%, then another 15%, and another 15%.....and another 10%...then i'm fully booked for a ride...I never loose money....I never sell at a lower price...I always hold till I'm happy...IE sell that 10% at profit..then the two15% ones....by then it's not worth selling the rest....I'm collecting divvies..... Usually the market has bottomed before I get the last 15%....Sure It takes a while to regain losses, but if I wanted in at the initail price and scored up to 50% at a lower price then I am stoked......call it averaging down if you like....I call it good sense.....Investing, not trading. I love SUB-PRIME .....show me the money! http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/lmaosmiley.gif
  20. Wednesday was a kick in the bum....friday was the dead cat bounce....went long on some like ZFX.....pockets are full....will buy more ZFX to $13.....shorted others, for safety I only need to make a living not a fortune.....but I may make a fortune on sellers....lol Monday bounce IMO
  21. lOOKS LIKE THERE COUD BE A BIT OF BLOOD SPILT TODAY, HOPEFULLY NOT TOO MUCH HERE! How Speculators Exploit Market Fears by Ben Stein posted on Aug 06 02:00pm Ben SteinThe recent market sell-off wasn't a crisis, but speculators have something to gain by making investors think it was. Here's a fact: The speculators and hedge fund managers who run today's stock market need market volatility in order to make money. They can't make enough money if the market stays flat or moves only a bit, so they like extreme and unexpected price movements. They especially like sudden, surprise movements down, when they can make money off stocks they borrow and sell -- or, as they say, "sell short." Money Lust Satisfied That's what's been happening the past couple of weeks. But it's not interesting to say that the speculators are whipping the market around to satisfy their money lust. So the speculators themselves make up reasons for why the market is fluctuating, flog those reasons to the media, and then profit if some other speculators believe the jive reasons and jump in the way the manipulators want them to. Supposedly, the market is "correcting" because of worries about the housing slowdown, and also because of fears that the debt markets that support mergers and acquisitions is drying up. These are interesting theories, and people who don't know a lot about the stock market or the economy might find them beguiling. What follows are a few truths that show how shallow these "reasons" for the stock market moves are. Housing a Theory Yes, the housing market has slowed from a spectacular bubble level to a simply pretty good level. Housing sales and starts are now about what they were in 2002, and no one thought we were in a housing depression then. In any event, housing is only about 5 percent of the economy. If it falls by 15 percent, that would represent a fall-off of about .75 percent. That's not trivial, but it's also not the stuff of which recessions are made. The fact is that there is no recession. The economy is suffering from a labor shortage, not a surplus of unemployment. The Fed is worried about excess demand, not slack demand. Corporate profits set new records every day. Whatever's happening in residential sales and building is simply not slowing down the economy. Why should a Boeing or a Merck or a Pfizer have any reaction to housing at all? Because the speculators sell everything they can when nervousness sets in -- and for no other reason. A Minor Major Mess Subprime is a mess. But it's a small mess. Subprime mortgages account for roughly 20 percent of mortgages even in the most heavily exposed states. About 20 percent of them are delinquent in some way. That's 4 percent of mortgages. Of these, maybe half, or 2 percent, will go into foreclosure. There will be roughly 50 percent recovery on sale of these. This is a loss of 1 percent in the mortgage market -- a sum the lenders have already made many times over because of the hefty fees on those deals. In the context of the size of the U.S. financial sector, it's nothing. And why should a crisis in subprime drive down stocks in Mexico and Thailand? Again, because the speculators seek to create panic to make money by selling short, and they sell short everything. There's simply no connection between subprime and developed or developing nations' stocks. This by itself shows the thin context of the selling wave late last month. Money's Still Cheap What about the supposed drying up of loans for mergers and acquisitions by private equity firms? Well, here's a good, simple test of just how valid that explanation is for stock market moves: The majority of private equity takeovers are financed with junk debt. If there really were a major shortage of funds for these deals, the interest rate on the junk would skyrocket. Instead, while the rate has risen by about 150 basis points in the past month, the spread between junk and investment grade is now about 290 basis points, according to leading junk analyst Martin Fridson. This is a lot lower than the year-end average of the spread from 2002 to 2006, and far below the almost 800 basis point spread during a true interest-rate crunch like the one after the tech meltdown in 2000-2002. So that's phony, too. Interest rates have risen, but not anything like what they've done in real crises. And besides, the Dow fell by about 550 points the week before last, yet not one of the Dow stocks is involved as either acquiror or acquiree in a private equity deal. In short, money is no longer virtually free the way it was for private equity deals in the past year. But it's not expensive by historical standards, either. Spreading the Fear In other words, it's all the speculators trying to panic us so their sell programs will make money. And they'll make money as long as they can spread their panic. When they can't do that any longer, they'll work the long side -- and make up reasons for that, too. In the meantime, the economy is strong. Profits are great, and interest rates are low and will stay that way. Don't sell. With all the shrieking about the market, it only fell to what it was about five weeks ago -- and we didn't think we were poor then. So let the speculators shout "fire." As of right now, they're not blowing anything but smoke. I LIKED THE REFERENCE TO MEREK AND PFIZER WHICH IS OUR BOAT SO DECIDED TO POST FOR INTERESTS SAKE.....ENJOY.
  22. I couldnt hear BRR, mediaplayer playing up like the chipmunks..Anyway did Dennis mention anything about announcing the results of the drug and alcohol trials or any other trials at the EGM, ie confirming they will be annouced, from previous ASX announcements. I think results are more important at the moment rather than what Directors expect to get out of it, or dennis promoting his consultancy company's system of executive reward.
  23. Bots are still working....03:34:34 PM 1.280 50 .....50 shares at $1.28.....gotta be bots taking advantage http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/ph34r.gif
  24. BURP It really is a case of do you believe it WORKS (ROPREN), and do you believe the RMOH will take it on; and do you believe Europe will will take it on; and do you believe that the US will take it on;.......Sure the Yanks will take 4 years to approve ROPREN to stage 3 trials,,,,,, but as Dennis said.....If Ropren is approved in Russia, then the US MEDICAL FUNDS are able, and willing, to pay for NON-FDA drugs and bypass the FDA.....through the Internet buying schemes. The Medical Funds will pay a refund on all costs, for up to 3 months worth of foreign drugs.....many have forgotten this....and is paramount to the three month trial/course............It's sooooo way over looked but is pivotal to Solagrans' success...... BLAH BLAH.......GO SLA....Burp!......see you at the Ritz....lol Bio-R (ropren) Really gives credibiity to Bio-B/A/k?......and even .BPO....Bioprospect.....;we will possibly own 25% of BPO shortly, along with their tech and scientists.. Surely....due diligence is done by BPO, and BPO's due diligence must have been good enuf for them to take a second look at SLA..... BPO is about to release a non toxic termite control.....WOW you say?.....WOW indeed.....Just ask the house insurance industry....and those not wanting toxic poisons in the back yard ...... In summary,,,what we think about the possibilities of BIOEFECTIVES means buggerall Burp!....time for bed...burp! http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/hypocrite.gif

Sounda....grab all the oppies you can, in about 1-2 weeks.....graph looks to spazz out around there...or go ballistic....Most here are banking on a better than 4c EPS,,,,....I just sold my 'shares' to get a boost in another, but kept all oppies...NMS has no downside......and oppies give you 20% more leverage, plus not exercisable till 2010!!!!!!.....mine are an average of 31c......on the way up.....and the trend is your friend so NMS has to either tern flat or become a ripper long term hold.....IMHO...long term hold.....I met Christian at the last Meeting......damn fine fellow if you ask me.....not pretentious at all ....even sucks a Crownie straight out of the bottle I might add....just like a fellow Aussie should......mind you he is made of the criminal Aussie stock...you could see it in his eyes.....still not a bad chap for an Aussie.......lol...... http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/weirdsmiley.gifhttp://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/tongue.gif....great bloke actually...hehe
