From the half-yearly report..... "The current development agreement between the two companies expired on 22nd Feb 2010. As announced on 25/2/10, the parties have agreed to proceed to full commercialisation of the Bioeffective range of products into the animal health and nutrition markets. BioProspect and Solagran will now agree a commercialisation plan including the possibility of formation of a special purpose company or other entity to manage the process." This seems to be announced because of time expiry of present arrangement and not as a result of results from specific trials, etc. Maybe the lack of results is due to the lack of cash. Rufous

Might just be a re-arrangement of agreement with SLA?? Or could be a "substantial" agreement re termilone. They need something good to get contribs into the money.
  3. Look behind the entry to see why the debt was incurred.
  4. Fred, don't forget: The butcher made a profit of 100% ($100). The pig grower made a profit of 100% ($100). The supplier of feed and fuel made a profit of 100% ($100). The pro made a profit of 100% ($100). The hotel proprietor made a profit of $100. Therefor the $100 generated a total profit of $600. That's Rudd and that's capitalism.

Good news, but like we've learnt from SLA the really important news is sales bringing money into the bank.
  6. Might be all in the timing: 2/2 4C query 9.54am 3/2 Request for Trading Halt announced. 10AM 5/2 Russian Market Update 10.30AM 5/2 Response to 4C Query. Timing might have been controlled by ASX.
  7. Anyone listening to ABC 774 radio today when a caller rang in to tell audience of his experience with pine needles. He chews on pine needles to get the moisture out which he called almost concentrated vitamin C. Said he and friends use regularly to maintain good health.
  8. Perhaps regulatory delays are caused by the Vodka manufacturers who would have very deep pockets being a long established and hugely profitable industry.
  9. I was thinking more of the physical aspects of obtaining and transporting the pine needles. Also interested in the time from cutting down a tree, collecting pine needles and processing in factory. Presumably there is a deterioration involved.
  10. I wonder how many pine needles come from 1 tree? A truck load of pine needles would weigh ?. 1000 tons of pine needles make 250 kg of polyprenals. We don't know what that translates into the various products. Our source material is looking to get dearer by the day.

Received the goods today which is a quick response to my 2nd fax sent late last week. I ordered a box of 1 litre bottles but they sent (after phoning to get OK from my supervisor) 2 doz X 500 ml bottles as 1 litre were not available. Tried the gel and it has a strong eucalyptus smell which goes after gel dries on hands. The product we were using was a liquid like water and tended to spill when pushing the pump. Difficult to compare the actual effectiveness. Will sell a couple of bottles to local lawn bowling club (I am treasurer) as we have a kitchen and no product available for volunteers to use. Not sure how we will use the wipes yet.
  12. I am tipping a serious announcement at 9am Wednesday. They cannot release info to General Meeting that might affect the share price without making that info available to all shareholders.

Rang coy today and they said my order was never received and could I fax through again. I did that and rang coy to make sure they actually got it. They have stock on hand and will despatch as soon as they work out how to deliver to my area. I asked how orders were going and 'Michael' said very well with the mail out promotion going to Victorian aged care facilities, hospitals and some other appropriate places. Goods were also available from a chain of stores (forgotten which one).

No news yet on our order. No doubt they are struggling with the warehousing. Hope it is because of an excess of orders and not a small number of orders. Perhaps that is why share price is off by a third. I'll give them another week and then ring if no news. Rufous
  15. Oils, Was the Bio A cheaper buying 1 X 60 pack compared to 2 X 30 packs?

4C out today show about six mths cash left. Then relying on contribs due March next year but 5 cents to pay so heads need a wriggle on.
  17. From CFO announcement: "Mr. Croll’s permanent appointment is with immediate effect having joined Solagran on a consulting basis in April of this year." I don't remember seeing an announcement about his consultancy? Was Mr. Croll the one that forgot the Wholesale Licence?

I manage an aged care facility and yeserday we received an introductory special offer (discount of 25%) for the purchase of Sunnywipes and the Gel. We decided to try both products and ordered by fax. Order form was a bit amaterish but we will see what happens. Orders must be in dozen lots and our order was worth nearly $300 with the discount. I rang the coy to see if they were receiving orders but was re-directed to a mobile and the chap on the end couldn't talk as he was getting onto a plane. There are about 3,000 aged care facilities in Australia and if they all received the mailout and 10% order then I hope they have good stock levels and warehousing credibility.

Newsletter out today. Reads pretty good although next year should prove to be significant. Our patience will be rewarded many times over I feel.
  20. With personal experience in getting rid of warts (daughter) perhaps we could set up our own web site just for "Wart Cures". Such a site could "suggest Bio A" as a remedy based on experience of people who would put a testimonial up on-site. Perhaps we could do a survey of how many people actually have warts. The company would probably be pxxxed off but some shareholders are keen to get results on the board. We wouldn't be advertising rather explaining to people about their experiences. Rufous

BPO buying Re-Gen Wellness Products. Need more time to read announcement properly but it would seem lots of shares will be issued or cash spent. Might need some more funds to be raised.
  23. Hi Keldyn, welcome after your first post. There are 1,442 pages here on SLA and therefor lots of opinions over time. Should you buy, sell or hold? If you are a buyer - buy, a seller - sell and if neither a buyer or seller then hold.
  24. More great news on the benefits of BioA. A friend's girlfriend has for 2 years had eczema on her wrist - a bit bigger than a 50cent piece. She has tried cortisone cream and Paw Paw cream without effect. 2 weeks ago I gave her a BioA capsule and she used it three times over 3 days. The eczema has completely gone and she is over the moon. Her friends will all get the message. Rufous.
