OA's are in for extension subject to ASX and shareholder approval. If permitted it sounds like they will push out 3 months to mid July. Reserves in theory ought to be known by then.

Nipper they already have a deal in place with Santos/Beach for processing and distribution. As they grow I imagine they would consider their own facilities but this approach is efficient for now. As for managing flow that is true of most wells be it conventional or non conventional. RLE have worked with Prof Ray Johnson of Queensland University to optimise the engineering of the well for best performance over the wells lives. Time will tell if that works out but so far these last two wells (T-2 and T-3) appear to be performing better than T-1 at a comparable time..

Acid test time is fast approaching. Flow rates, which should be known soon after clean-up will either make or break this one. The latest two wells appear to be out performing the last well so probability of success seems more in favour of a good outcome with the normal caveats of the fat lady singing, or commercial flow rates in this case.

We still need commercial flows but progress to date is certainly very interesting. If the latest investor presentation comes to fruition this ought to rerate sometime between now and Christmas assuming no delays.

Still want to see those Tamarama results but who I am argue with interest from Santos. Looking good and plenty of good stuff between the lines in todays announcement.

I agree mme. Its one to watch. Roll on the completion of testing at Tamarama.
  8. Sam, it does appear things are getting better in Yemen in that the legitimate Govt and its coalition partners are making good head way. It appears the opposing Houthis will either be defeated or forced to the negotiating table as defeat looms. What timeframe this will take is anyones guess. Hopefully soon for the sake of the Yemen population.

I wonder if there is some news leaking given they should be into the second of the five fracs by now. Or maybe its just small players buying in when the sell side is thin.

Yes, likewise looking forward to this one.
  11. PSA put out a presentation yesterday which seems to have created some interest. Its a rather good read but with the caveat of stability returning to Yemen.

Indeed. We must be due an update very soon as to start date or progress. As you wonder we may not hear until it is done.
  13. This is a very unloved stock but those with a taste for risk might like to look this one over. PSA has a history of high and low prices having once been $7 many many years ago. Right now it can be had for around 12cps. Why might it be able to fly again? Having been reduced to virtually no oil/gas reserves, activity in the USA and Yemen have secured 2P reserves of 9.3MBOE. This equates to a little over $1 per share. Of note are the Yemen assets which include a producing fieldof 5000bopd (closed in) and a number of discoveries yet to be developed. The risk......civil war in Yemen.(which is why PSA got the assets cheap). Not a great scenario but value could/would be unlocked if the peace talks delayed but scheduled for this week are successful. One to watch in my opinion. High risk but may have an appropriate reward.

Yes, looking good mme. Onwards to booking some 2P reserves shortly.

It has been along time between drinks MME but thats the nature of these plays. Success will see us book 2P reserves for Tamarama at least which should then lead to further progress on gas sales.
