We are all cordially invited to an AGM but nobody knows when or where except it is in December. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/180...8381dpre14a.htm They will want those compensation resolutions passed so you'd better attend but not in person. Seriously, this has to be the strangest thing they have ever done. Who notifies their shareholders of a AGM and omits the date and time? Such is the contempt of these people.

The HK dairy company I follow filed their documents for the RTO of a construction company six weeks ago. It has only taken twelve years to get this far so six weeks is not a long time in that context. But if you think a six week response from the HK exchange is routine after documents have been filed then I would like to argue it is not. Normally when dealing with routine mundane matters a two or four week period is usual. That it has taken six weeks suggests something is not right. Either the whole thing is a sham, and I suggest it could be after watching activity in BUBs and A2M the last couple of days. Meanwhile, BLT is still at all time lows on a trickle of volume but the index, XBI has turned upwards recently and looking strong. It all suggests to me, that at this time of year, we might finally see a bomb go off.
  3. There is a name for a crime against women when actions are committed against their bodies against their will. There is also the question of whose body is it when it comes to the issue of abortion. But it is perfectly ok for a government to force people to have experimental drug therapies injected into their veins. I don't think so. https://www.zerohedge.com/covid-19/new-zeal...th-care-workers
  4. If anything ever sticks against Andrews there should be a public lynching Saddam Hussein style. https://www.zerohedge.com/covid-19/paradigm...-cops-feel-same
  5. The FUD is wearing off. Credibility is being eroded. Momentum is slowing. And the judiciary is finding its voice. https://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/covid-19-delt...A4V6HQFCBDE7QI/

Something with this stock which has never received a cracker of a mention is carbon credits. If every seedling produces and then sold has a carbon credit attached to it how will that affect its valuation? Given that carbon credits are a government created asset class through legislation I've got a feeling they might have something to say about this. But so far they don't. However, if everything is so great about Arborgen why did Dad n Junior quit their roles? And most likely sell their holdings?
  7. Looks like macca heard the rumours today.
  8. Hmph. Whatever. If she is on the take, let's hope she gets the book thrown at her. If she is vindicated she will be the greatest phoenix ever. But she isn't a patch on Andrews.
  9. Read judiciary as ICAC.
  10. Same again today. If the last few years are anything to go by we should have an AGM notice this week.
  11. Uh. What? Is this a visit from the Thought Police? https://giphy.com/gifs/obama-records-receip...FKXpZreYLyEd6dG I didn't say anything Clive didn't say. Here. Have a listen yourself and see what you think. https://mobile.twitter.com/maryse711/status...154966863077383
  12. Numbers in NZ are going up and up and up. People are going about their daily affairs in a most normal way but being made to feel like criminals because of it. I drove across the harbour bridge this afternoon and in my opinion the traffic was heavy. Lane charges were not easy. Yesterday I went to the supermarket and forgot to put my mask on. Everyone was looking at me strange but nobody came to me and asked me to put a mask on. When you have a conversation with a stranger the topic quickly turns to Covid and the tenor is always the same: I don't really care about Covid. I don't really believe what I am being told. I will wear a mask because of what others may think if I don't or the to avoid the trouble I may have if I dont. I do enjoy the new liberty of choice in my work because it is a cost to the employer not me. I will get the vaccine because it just makes life easier for me than not. Poor old Jacinda is banging on her drum but everyone seems to be anti in the most apathetic manner. Which means she has spent her political capital. Be kind is yesterday's mantra when the gangs have more away with their essential "social services " than a family member wishing to cross the border to attend a family members funeral or make a visit in their friends final days. She has lost the high ground and has been shown to be in the pocket of the executive. Who in turn are beholden to the science as it is presented to them by Pfizer. She is now talking about a vaccine passport as there is in other parts of the world. Essentially it is a curtailment of civil liberties. And while the legislative and executive may think it's a good idea I have a feeling the judiciary might think otherwise. We shall see. Clive Palmer's claims of Gladys being on the take from Pfizer may prove to be on the money (pun intended) in the end. Just wait for the contagion effect as ithe investigation spreads to Victoria.
  13. Intra-day it keeps pushing down under the 14c floor but it just never seems to quite hold it. I wonder if there is a reason for this when, if you follow the HC pumptards, this thing is the bomb for all ages.

Just two weeks until Labour Day in NZ. Seven for Thanksgiving. If Covid is over by then and the deal goes down there'll be plenty to be thankful for this year.

It makes sense that the sudden surge in price a while back was just before Dad packed it all in with the directorship, after all those years as well. Indicating that was the sale price for his holding. The market doesn't need to know though. At some point the holders will find out just why the main asset is in a subsidiary.
