Might be the right time to buy Cepo shares on the back of that news. Provided they stop picking losers. Not for me. Only had 10% of portfolio in bio-tech. Changing that to zero percent. No waiting to see if you got something to sell in the big banks or miners. Waiting for the bargains. Bye now, if you can't be good be good at it.

It's come to my attention that the administrator is obliged to maximise the opportunity of the company continuing it's business. Part 5.3 of the Corpotations Act 2001. Section 435A provides for the business, property and affairs of the insolvent company to be administrated in a way that: Maximises the chances of the company, or as much as possible of it's business, continuing in existence. Was this done?

I'm wondering whether to adjust my $14.50 target upwards. Anyone any idea on the current size of 621's target market's?

I can't believe they can deny access to a free unbiased market for up to twelve months while they continually extend the offer period. There must be some way of forcing an end to this. For if I were a trader , won't it be restraint of trade? It doesn't seem fair and reasonable. Anyone any thoughts.

Shapeofire, via PM, has raised the possiblity that it is hedge funds buying at $140.00 so they get their profit on the previously bought shares. And I can see that. However if it is hedge funds they're not in any hurry and have deep pockets. As in the first 90 minutes this morning 1750 traded at $140.00 and another 8000 sitting there at $1.39 that they seem to have no interest in. Strange. Might be some traders having a small punt.

Finished at $1.40 today. No profit in buying at that price and selling to Ceph. Taking brokerage into consideration it would be a loss. Are the buyers thinking Ceph won't get 90% and lack of sellers will send this higher. Interesting!

Only 174 000 traded today at this time. And going through 1,2,3 at a time. What is that about? and How does it happen?

Then they would say #*$^&*%$! To say the least. They may want to consider buying back in? Even if it's a smaller amount than they held previously. IMO.
-
Would they automatically entitled to the new price?
-
Reading between the lines, could we conclude that Ceph are desperate, as they are thinking getting 90% is going to be difficult.

Yes , I see what your saying. But I would of made the decision a couple of weeks ago. If I was leaning towards selling. But each to their own.
